The price was right; they started on time; they finished early (!); the resort managers were very pleased with their interaction with the team; they solved a couple of structural issues to our delight; they responded quickly and efficiently to minor fixes; and Paul even took additional time to be at the unit for our furniture delivery (not what they signed up for!). “We contacted Hilton Head Kitchen & Tile to renovate our master bathroom in our island condo and to also add glass shower doors to two existing bathrooms. Our master bathroom includes a custom marble mosaic inset into shell stone tile. It looks amazing!! They also replaced our flooring in our condo with LVT. Perfect for the beach! They added a pocket door to a hall bathroom to create a more open floor plan for the foyer and hallway. This greatly improved the access to the guest bedrooms and bath. Randy, Kelsey, Debbie and crew were very personable and very helpful. They worked very hard to get to know us and incorporate our design style in our island getaway.”

“I loved working with HHKT! Randy came out to our condo to check out our space to give us a bid. He kept to the price & time that was quoted - which I truly appreciated. He has everyone in house (turn key) that is needed to finish a job on time. I found it so fun to go into his office and pick out everything that was needed to remodel my condo. Working with his people was very easy. I had light fixtures sent from Utah right into his office; there was a mishap with the address Randy called and helped get it straightened out and my lights delivered to his office. He was also there for us when our appliances were delivered to our condo as we are out of state and were unable to be there. Did I mention his tile work is great - barely see grout lines! He and his design team were great at helping my vision come to fruition and it turned out absolutely beautiful, I love it and all of our renters love the updates as well. 5 Stars Baby!! Randy has even come back to help fix a drain that he didn't even touch in our renovation, the drain was not done correctly by the previous owner and it leaked and ruined our neighbors ceiling. I called him and he came out that day (actually about an hour later) and they accessed the damage and got it all repaired in about 5-7 days. He is my go to man, he definitely takes the stress out of renting. Thank you Randy, Debbie and the entire HHKT team. You truly are the best! 5 Star Rating for sure!”

The selection process was on point as well. I appreciated the selection advise and guidance in selecting the sink as the options seemed limitless! These professionals have helped me in the past with the replacement of the flooring throughout my house with great care and expertise. This experience was equally as satisfying! The installers were professional, very knowledgeable, and hard working. They did an excellent job of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up along the way and once they were done.
